Nicholas Absalom, M.D.
Neurohospitalist, Sub-Specialist in Neuromuscular Disease
Dr. Absalom finds the form and function of the body the most interesting part of neurology, which is what lead him to specialize in neuromuscular conditions. As a neurohospitalist, he studies and treats neuromuscular diseases, conducts EMGs, and takes time to help patients understand their diagnoses.
When he isn’t wearing his white coat, Dr. Absalom is either reading about philosophy, learning to draw, or perhaps taking a walk with his wife and daughters. A native of Plano, he enjoys being outdoors in the Texas sun, especially after spending his residency in Minnesota, or as he calls it “the coldest place on earth.”
