Richard Charles Hinton, M.D.
Neurologist

Richard Hinton, M.D., neurologist Richard Hinton, M.D., is a native of Dallas, and received his bachelor's degree from the University of Texas at Austin. He attended medical school at Baylor College of Medicine and completed his internship and residency in internal medicine at the Baylor affiliated hospitals in Houston. Dr. Hinton completed his residency in neurology and his fellowship in stroke at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston. He is board certified in internal medicine and neurology.

Dr. Hinton has been practicing since 1978 and is a founding partner of Neurology Consultants of Dallas, P.A. He has a special interest in stroke in addition to general neurology.

Dr. Hinton and his wife and daughter have two dogs, a Bichon and a Sheltie. During his free time Dr. Hinton is active in his church and enjoys sports, music, and playing piano.
